JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with our mobile health team.
• Review and explain services our health insurance partners identified as gaps to patients.
• Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

$23 / hour
