Job Description

• Contact candidates, schedule interviews, respond to inquiries about enrollment.
• Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements
• Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities.
• Represent the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential students. Travels to various career functions, chambers of commerce, and both off-site and on-site recruiting activities.
• Promotes job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
• Ensures that required documentation for new student applicants is obtained and coordinates new student enrollment process.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor' Degree required

• Reliable, self-driven, motivated and results oriented with a sense of urgency for time sensitive situations, ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

• One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24

• Current valid Driver's License
