    Position Overview:

    We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Outreach Marketing Coordinator to help us spread the word about our transformative services and ensure that every possible patient, parent, and provider in South Florida is aware of our program. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Admissions Director to identify patient referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners, and facilitate admissions for teens and families that need help.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily face to face marketing meetings, attend networking events, sponsor events, and engage in other promotional and outreach activities that drive interest, awareness and leads.
    • Initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns to help professionals (therapists, psychiatrists, schools, hospitals, and other providers) learn about Adolescent Wellness Academy services.
    • Deepen the Adolescent Wellness Academy's relationship with existing referrals.
    • Act as consultant for professionals and families looking to access services for adolescents.
    • Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
    • Participate in the admissions, conducting intake sessions and supporting client in the process until first day in the program.
    • Maintain leads and partnerships organized on CRM.

    Qualifications:

    • Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in family's lives.

    • Experience in business development, outreach or marketing, preferably in a behavioral health setting.

    • Preferably Master Level degree in Mental Health Services.

    • Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.

    • Comfort with networking events and public presentation.

    • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style.

    • Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners.

    • Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test required.
