    Job Description

    Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach.io Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of Outreach.io in engaging customers and prospects. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure optimal use of the Outreach.io platform. Additionally, as the system administrator, you will be responsible for managing all content, processes, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain sequences, templates, snippets, and meeting types in Outreach.io.
    • Test, analyze, and refine content to enhance performance and engagement.
    • Conduct trend analysis and generate reports on effectiveness and user adoption.
    • Manage rulesets, profiles, org settings, user configurations, triggers, and automated processes.
    • Enforce tagging and collection protocols for streamlined organization.
    • Ensure CRM data cleanliness across Outreach.io, Dynamics, and ZoomInfo.
    • Collaborate with marketing to identify and segment leads for Outreach.io sequences.
    • Oversee SDR and Sales Team onboarding, ensuring a seamless Outreach.io setup.
    • Lead trainings, office hours, and documentation efforts to drive user adoption.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience with Outreach.io or similar technology.
    • Outreach Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
    • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Dynamics).
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing messaging skills to craft sales-ready emails.
    • Familiarity with Account-Based Selling strategies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience training and supporting Outreach.io users.

    For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102900-$169800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

    Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
