    JOB PURPOSE

    As an Outside Sales Representative, your mission is to be the face of our company in the field, forging lasting relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on our Business 2 Business Sales Model. Operating beyond the confines of the office, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring our solutions align with their business objectives.

    · Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

    · Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients, ensuring all client requirements are met.

    · Product Research: Conduct thorough research on products and market trends to support business development strategies.

    · Marketing Materials: Develop and implement marketing materials to drive additional sales and enhance the company's market presence.

    · Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients to secure potential deals and follow up with existing clients to ensure account success and client satisfaction.

    · Sales Development: Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products or services and their value to clients.

    · Support for Managers and Executives: Provide administrative and strategic support to business development managers and executives, helping them achieve their goals.

    · Field Reporting: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback, providing detailed reports to the sales leadership team.

    · Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive strategies.

    · Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, including client interactions, quote preparation, and market research findings.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.

    · Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.

    · Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    · Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

    · Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving sales environment.

    · Knowledge of the office supply, office furniture, janitorial & sanitation or other facility operations is a plus.

    · Valid Driver's License.
