Offering a $2,000 Signing Bonus. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Quarterly Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus Responsibilities: • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell and service new insurance policies or adjust existing ones • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc. • Appraise the needs of business or individual customers and recommend suitable protection plans • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and appointments in the field • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Keep sales databases, and customer records to accurately report the progress of marketing and sales efforts on CRM Qualifications: • Experience in delivering customer service and creating long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients • Excellent skills in communication: Ability to take direction • A high level of Integrity is needed and devotion to the client's needs • Goal-oriented with a passion and drive for achieving financial success • Committed to community enhancement and networking to build relationships locally and organically • Need to be willing to become licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance • Committed to self-development and CE Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses
