Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a database of clients to ensure efficient organization and timely follow-up • Engage with customers to schedule appointments for field agents, prioritizing quick response times to their needs • Utilize outbound calls, emails, and oversee the sales pipeline to meet customers' buying/selling requirements • Master the use of scripts to address objections and present the team's value proposition effectively to customers • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to track and achieve sales goals Qualifications: • Must excel in phone sales and be able to close deals effectively • Build strong connections with clients to generate new sales opportunities • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable time management abilities are a must • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a quick learner to adapt to new systems • Display a positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented attitude • Real Estate license or the motivation to get one Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 yearly
