Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Qualifications: • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented Compensation: $85,000 - $180,000 yearly
