Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain a database of clients to ensure efficient organization and timely follow-up procedures • Engage proactively with clients to schedule appointments for field agents, aiming for swift response times to fulfill their needs • Utilize outbound calls, email communication, and oversee the sales pipeline to effectively meet customers' buying and selling requirements • Master the use of scripts to address objections and present the team's value proposition to help clients recognize the company's integrity and values • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to ensure the achievement of all sales targets Qualifications: • Skilled in sales over the phone and proficient in closing deals successfully • Capable of building strong connections with clients and fostering relationships to create new sales opportunities • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring everything is well-placed • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies, or quick to adapt and learn new systems • Possesses a positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset • Holds a Real Estate License or driven to obtain one Compensation: $92,000 - $189,000 yearly
