    Devin Salinas - Managing Director:

    How long with NM? Joined in 2009 as an intern and became a full-time Financial Representative in 2010.

    Prior Experience? Studied Finance and Economics at Linfield College and was a top-producing intern. Consistent Lives Leader Summit qualifier since 2012.

    Passionate About? Devin enjoys working with entrepreneurs and retirement clients. Outside of work, he’s a “girl dad,” husband, and Ironman All World Athlete.

    Kyle Billings – Director of Development:

    How long with NM? Joined in January 2022 and promoted to Director of New Advisor Development within 3 months.

    Prior Experience? Background in journalism, marketing, and an MBA from Pepperdine. Previously worked in luxury goods and marketing roles.

    Passionate About? Kyle enjoys mentoring and led his team to #1 nationwide. He’s also an Advanced Sommelier and studying for his CFP.

    Ulises Leach - Lead Recruiter:

    How long with NM? Joined in November 2022 as a recruiter in Santa Monica.

    Prior Experience? Served 4 years in the U.S. Navy and graduated from UCLA in 2020. Focused on helping veterans transition to civilian careers.

    Passionate About? Ulises enjoys helping people pivot their careers to Northwestern Mutual. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his fiancé, two dogs, and attending LA sporting events.

    Erik Gutierrez - Field Director:

    How long with NM? Joined in 2020.

    Career Accolades? Quickly grew his practice, earning awards like Pacesetter 40 and qualifying for FastTrack Academy.

    Passionate About? Erik is an athlete with a background in baseball and enjoys golf, pickleball, and community involvement.

    Eric Cho – Financial Representative:

    How long with NM? Joined in August 2024 and has quickly shown dedication and ambition.

    Early Career Acceleration? Berkeley graduate from an entrepreneurial family, already setting leadership goals and building enterprise value.

    Passionate About? Eric is committed to building a lasting financial practice and helping clients achieve their financial goals while balancing family life.

    Dominique Jackson – Field Director:

    How long with NM? Has been with NM since the start of her career.

    Passionate About? Dominique loves traveling and making an impact and has helped build one of the top district offices in California.

    Position Responsibilities for a Financial Representative:

    Educate clients on financial planning and insurance options.

    Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

    Collaborate with a local supportive team.

    Position Requirements:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

    Life insurance license and FINRA certifications (or willingness to obtain).
