A dynamic sales person that enjoys “the hunt” and developing new customers
An excellent verbal and written communicator who is wired to provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction project
Detail-oriented \- ensuring accurate order entry and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects at once
Someone who is excited to collaborate with others to create more sales and commission by working with other departments
A driven and independent salesperson that is willing to do what it takes to grow a book of business
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge about windows and doors
Past success selling to commercial contractors, architects, or building owners in the territory is highly preferred, but not required
The desire and ability to grow accounts and increase revenue
Knowledge on how to read blueprints and do takeoffs for windows and doors
Responsibilities + Opportunities:
You’ll be responsible for calling on targeted prospects and grow the business, also having the chance to reactivate old accounts,
You’ll also have the opportunity to sell installed services for all of your projects, creating a powerful differentiator from your competition
You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate order entry (with help from the estimating team) and ensuring timely delivery
You’ll have the opportunity to partner with the kitchen and bath department and earn commission on any cabinets or countertops added into your project.
You’ll be responsible for working with your customer from accepted bid to final punch list
You’ll have the opportunity to be backed by a service and warranty department for any issues after the sale.
