    Responsibilities:

    Consultative Selling & Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals, recommending appropriate printing and signage solutions, and delivering compelling presentations.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience.

    Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting with management, cold calling, networking events, and referrals; as needed, determined by sales growth.

    Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to meet the specific requirements and budget constraints of each client.

    Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial concept to final delivery, while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities for business growth and development.

    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections, using our proprietary CRM software.

    Qualifications:

    Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales; printing, signage, or related industry experience a plus.

    Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

    Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

    Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and expand the business.

    Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets, with a constant drive to achieve results and drive business growth.

    Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

    Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales reporting and pipeline management. PrintSmith and PrintSpeak will be used for order and CRM input, respectively.

    Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
