Responsibilities: • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Must be personable, with strong social/people skills • Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired • Must be self-motivated and ambitious • Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others • Must work well with others and in a Team Environment • Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month Compensation: $150,000 At Plan
