Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Passionate about selling • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings
