Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings
