Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings
