Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan
