Responsibilities: • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Real estate license • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000+ at plan commissions
