Responsibilities: • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
