The Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding Arbor Works' customer base and maintaining long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: • Identify and generate new business opportunities by actively seeking out and contacting potential clients. • Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and attend networking events to promote Arbor Works' services. • Schedule and attend site visits to assess client needs, provide consultations, and deliver accurate service quotes. Sales Process Management: • Develop and present service proposals to clients, outlining scope, pricing, and timelines for tree care services. • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients, addressing any questions or concerns to move the sales process forward. • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that all details are agreed upon and aligned with both the client’s expectations and Arbor Works' standards. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients by providing excellent service and regular communication. • Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided and encouraging repeat business. • Maintain an up-to-date client database, documenting all interactions, service quotes, and completed projects. Collaboration with the Operations Team: • Work closely with the production team to ensure that all scheduled services are completed according to client expectations and timelines. • Communicate any special requirements or concerns from clients to the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Market Analysis & Strategy: • Monitor industry trends and Arbor Works’ competitive position in the market to identify opportunities for growth. • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, service demand, and potential areas for business expansion. Qualifications: • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience Compensation: $85,500 - $105,500 yearly
