Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Qualifications: • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Must be personable, with strong social/people skills • Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired • Must be self-motivated and ambitious • Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others • Must work well with others and in a Team Environment • Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month Compensation: $150,000 At Plan
