Benefits: • Company car • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) Responsibilities: • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Set appointments • Sales talk and objection handler mastery Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • A consistent top performer in sales • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Proven track record in sales • Great communication • A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • 21 years of age or older • Goal oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 base salary + commissions
