The package includes a starting salary of $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience), along with commissions and benefits, offering the opportunity to achieve a six-figure income in a reasonable timeframe. Responsibilities: • Develop the Maple Grove territory through proactive prospecting via phone calls and face-to-face meetings • Secure appointments for "At the Desk" meetings and engaging presentations • Strengthen client relationships to establish a referral network with the use of specific tools and consistent "farming" activities • Increase revenue by executing a well-structured and supported work plan Qualifications: • Looking for individuals with a proven sales track record or a strong willingness to learn and succeed in sales • Seeking candidates who are open to guidance and motivated to achieve a six-figure income • Must be adaptable and open to consistently implementing new sales approaches • Proficient in building and maintaining strong client relationships while earning trust • Familiarity with metrics-driven strategies, CRM tools, and marketing automation is essential • Ideal candidates should be interested in a long-term career opportunity • Knowledge of Property Managers, insurance agents, and plumbing/mechanical contractors is a plus Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission
