JOB SUMMARY

D&M Roofing is looking for an ambitious Roofing Sales Representative to grow our market presence in Omaha. This role offers unlimited earning potential, where your success directly influences your income. Key responsibilities include generating your own leads, conducting client appointments, and closing sales. While top performers may receive qualified leads, proactive lead generation is crucial for success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run leads provided by the company
• Generate leads independently through canvassing, networking, and building relationships
• Consult with homeowners to evaluate repair and reroofing needs
• Deliver precise, detailed estimates and secure on-site sales
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims, including documentation and photo submissions
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution from permitting to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• HIGHLY-MOTIVATED self-starter with an eagerness to exceed sales goals and generate leads independently
• Must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• Demonstrated success in sales in any industry (home services industry a plus)
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and interpersonal skills with a professional presence
• Willingness and ability to carry and climb ladders
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle able to carry a fold-up ladder
