JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer service
• Utilize provided leads and conduct cold calls to generate sales opportunities
• Perform roof and exterior inspections, documenting any damage
• Provide professional estimates and act as an insurance claim consultant
• Generate business through door knocking, referrals, and lead follow-ups
• Secure signed agreements and payments to initiate projects
• Coordinate with the production team to start roofing projects
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle and attend sales meetings
