    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inspector/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will conduct inspections at existing customers' homes, focusing on termite and rodent activity and energy efficiency. You will also be responsible for selling our specialized services, including termite control, attic remediation, rodent exclusions, vapor barriers, and encapsulation. As a key player in our quality assurance process, you will provide solutions to both existing and new customers, ensuring their homes are pest-free and energy-efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough inspections of residential properties for rodent activity and energy efficiency issues.
    • Educate customers on our services and recommend solutions tailored to their specific needs.
    • Sell attic remediation, rodent exclusions, vapor barriers, and encapsulation services.
    • Act as the quality assurance representative for Alta Pest Control, ensuring high standards of service.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
    • Attend daily training sessions to stay updated on pest control best practices and sales techniques.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, construction, hvac or home inspections is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Compensation:

    • Commission-based pay structure, with average earnings between $85,000 - $150,000.
    • Flexible work schedule: Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.
    • 5 company observed national holidays paid time off + 24 additional days off included annually
