Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan
