Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Real estate license requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan
