Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
