Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
