We have both in-clinic and at-home training options available to address mild traumatic brain injury, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, dementia, early cognitive decline and other brain-related issues. Through the use of cutting edge, non-invasive, medication free approaches we help our clients retrain their brain and nervous system, resulting in a more regulated, more organized pattern of functioning.

    Who We Are Looking For:

    We’re looking for an Outside Sales/Practice Manager professional to join our team! We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated team-player who is dedicated to professional growth and service to others. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be a compassionate professional who works well in a team environment and is motivated to seek new efficient solutions and processes for every aspect of the job.     Responsibilities and Duties:

    Self-generated leads through cold calling, handing out fliers/brochures, door hangers and developing relationships. Ability to develop and maintain a steady stream of new prospects, sale projections & analysis.

    Provide excellent communication to the customers and potential customers to ensure they understand the products, process and services needed.

    Work with current customers to gain new referrals.

    Identify and build relationships with potential new referral partners.

    Train referral partners ie: health coaches, etc., on our products, services, and website as needed.

    Plan and make visits to referral partners and prospects on weekly basis

    Submit weekly call reports on visits that include opportunities, complaints, and new product requests

    Submit weekly expense reports with appropriate documentation

    Address customer queries and concerns promptly

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services

    Business to Business sales: develop strategic relationships with local builders and commercial leads.

    Develop Sales and market strategies to exceed the company’s Sales objectives through the development and expansion of new markets and revenue streams

    Foster a positive culture through clear leadership and open communication

    Utilize internal tools and systems, to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

    Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance, waivers and fee for service requirements, our product offerings, and the related processes. What you need

    Job Types: Part-time, Contract

    Pay: From $20.00 per hour plus bonus structure

    Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
