JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by generating leads, placing yard signs, and building awareness of Liberty Roofing Pros through direct interaction with homeowners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking with people, and contributing directly to the company’s success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's License
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn about the roofing industry (training provided).
• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Canvass local neighborhoods and knock on doors to engage homeowners about roofing services.
• Place yard signs in high-visibility locations each week.
• Set up and confirm qualified roofing inspection appointments (leads).
• Provide homeowners with basic information about Liberty Roofing Pros and our services.
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
