Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirements. • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services. Sales Presentations and Proposals: • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Relationship Building and Client Management: • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Qualifications: • You must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred. • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience. • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills. We focus on the Senior Market to evaluate and meet their insurance needs. • NO cold calling. • NO Prospecting. • All Lead-based Sales. • Six-figure Mentorship. • Hands-On Training. Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 yearly
