    Job Description:

    We are a rapidly expanding agency with double digit growth over the last six years, seeking to strengthen our team Green Bay and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a compassionate and service oriented Territory Sales Representative who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and employees, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported.

    Client Support:

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that help them achieve their goals. Offer personalized service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

    Community Impact:

    Make a positive difference in the community by offering top tier products that support and protect families.

    Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to collectively achieve sales targets. Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Participate in hands-on training and development programs from day one, embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success in previous roles.

    Strong, compassionate work ethic with a service oriented mindset.

    Willingness to be coachable and embrace continuous learning.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

    Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

    High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Earnings Potential: $60,000 - $100,000+ in the first year, with additional bonuses of $100 to $5,000+ per month.

    Bonuses: $100-$5,000+ per month

    Requirements:

    Ability to commute and meet face to face

    Bachelor Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    Driver's license (required);

    Health insurance license is a plus. Ability to obtain license is a requirement

    3-5 years of work experience.
