Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Compensation: $132,500 at plan earnings
