Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Real estate license • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
