Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside sales/Relocation Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The position includes a weekly salary with anywhere from $500 - $1,500 in commission added on! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in making estimates, referral marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for referral marketing, creating estimates, assisting clients in planning and executing their moves, and ensuring a smooth and efficient relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate Preparation:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' relocation needs
Use the NC Tariff to provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for moving services based
Review and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Referral Marketing:
Develop and implement referral marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, corporate HR departments, storage facilities, assisting living homes, and property management
Track and analyze the effectiveness of referral marketing campaigns.
Client Consultation:
Consult with clients to understand their specific relocation requirements and preferences.
Provide expert advice on packing, transportation, and storage options.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate services and packages.
Coordination and Planning:
Coordinate all aspects of the relocation process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with the customer.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of all relocation activities.
Handle any issues or complications that arise during the relocation process.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for relocations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, North Carolina tariff regulations, and legal requirements.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire relocation process.
Address client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Follow up with clients post-relocation to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Relocation Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of relocation processes, including estimating, logistics, and NC Tariff rules and regulations
Excellent referral marketing and networking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Punctuality
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the moving or logistics industry.
Knowledge of real estate and housing markets.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
