We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join Advanced-Online.
This role requires strong relationship management, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate both internally with other departments and externally, as necessary, to problem-solve and develop process efficiencies to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Researching, prospecting, and building relationships with new prospective clients. Completing and responding to RFP (request for proposals). Marketing and presenting our solutions to earn new business and secure new corporate clients.
- Help maintain at a high level the ongoing relationships for their clients in partnership with the day-to-day customer service, account management, and art teams.
- In partnership with marketing, help craft and build our marketing message, assets, website content, and other creative selling strategies.
- Develop short- & long-term strategies to grow revenue and profitability of accounts and provide input on budget estimates for accounts for the year.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Bachelors degree or work equivalent in lieu of a degree.
- Strong customer service and customer outreach skills.
- Advanced relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated time management abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and solid financial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office Intermediate.
- Ability to travel as needed based on client and sales needs
