Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Manage Web Leads: qualify inquiries, conduct follow‑up, and convert prospects into loyal accounts
Deliver Presentations: showcase our printing solutions with compelling, consultative demos
CRM Mastery: log activities, forecast sales, and track progress using our CRM platform
Territory Development: identify market opportunities and craft targeted outreach plans
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with production, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Customer Advocacy: uphold our customer‑centric ethos, resolving issues and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in printing or a related industry
Proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, and closing deals
Comfort with cold calling and resilience in a fast‑paced sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—able to engage decision‑makers at all levels
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) for sales management and pipeline tracking
