    Outside Sales Representative – Chicago (North Suburbs), Wisconsin

    We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Chicago North Suburbs and Milwaukee market. Travel to Chicago periodically.

    Main Duties:

    • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our product line and services to design professionals within the assigned territory.
    • Make 10-15 sales calls per week to both existing and prospective residential and hospitality clients. A sales call involves presenting new products and discussing items relevant to the clients' current projects.
    • Conduct 5-10 “bird calls” weekly to update and maintain client libraries.
    • Develop new client relationships.
    • Manage and schedule manufacturer visits and provide a summary of these visits during weekly team meetings.
    • Identify and track progress on “Top 10 Projects” during weekly meetings.
    • Record detailed notes in CRM for all weekly meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least 3 years of sales experience in high-end furnishings and textiles.
    • Knowledge of the furniture industry is advantageous.
    • Proven track record of sales success, including expanding the customer base and increasing sales.

    Compensation:

    • Monthly auto allowance.
    • Monthly phone and iPad allowance.

    $90,000-$110,000 per year
