We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will focus on expanding your book of business by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships. This involves conducting client visits, building rapport, and fostering trust to ensure long-term partnerships. You will also manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM to track client interactions, opportunities, and progress, driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires 75% travel within the US and 25% on-site work. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure continued business success. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned region. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and address client needs effectively. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to clients and management. • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management techniques. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple accounts. • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel extensively (75%) within the United States. Compensation: $80,000 on target earnings
