    Surface Experts South Charlotte is looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities and building relationships with property management and facilities maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will also maintain a good working relationship with existing customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous sales experience in the B2B environment, use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, and have the dedication to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare daily/weekly sales schedule

    Increase customer base by meeting with 10-15 potential and existing customers per day

    On site visits, phone calls and email follow up

    Work with a variety of industries (Property Management, Hotels, Moving Companies, Home Builders, Restoration Companies, Realtors, etc.)

    Identify client needs, submit estimates and suggest appropriate services

    Manage sales territory

    Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

    Report weekly sales results to manager

    Stay up-to-date with new products/services/pricing

    Skills

    Sales experience, cold calling and B2B

    Ability to clearly explain our company and services

    Experience using CRM system

    Excellent communication skills, professional, goal oriented and service minded
