    What You'll Do

    • Drive Equipment Solutions: Leverage technical knowledge of our equipment lineup to match customers with the right tools for their projects.
    • Expand Market Reach: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other businesses across Southern Indiana and the Louisville area.
    • Deliver On-Site Expertise: Conduct consultations and job site visits to understand project requirements and recommend the most effective solutions.
    • Collaborate for Success: Partner with operations, service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Promote ENCON Services: Represent our full suite of offerings, including rentals, sales, and maintenance services.
    • Achieve Results: Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to ENCON's continued growth in the region.

    What We're Looking For

    • Technical Expertise: Background in construction equipment, rentals, or related industries is required.
    • Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to develop business opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
    • Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills and a problem-solving approach to address client needs.
    • Familiarity with the Region: Knowledge of the Southern Indiana and Louisville markets is a plus.
    • Adaptability: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients on-site.
