    In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth by meeting clients face-to-face in the field. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

    Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions.

    Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

    Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

    Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by consistently closing deals and upselling where appropriate.

    Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

    Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as production and install, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or a related role.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse audience.

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
