B2B Outside Sales Rep Location: Nashville, Tennessee
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our talented sales team as a Precision Instrument Outside Sales Executive for one of the most experienced companies in the construction space.
Job Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.
· Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, best practices, and occasionally collaborate to close deals.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
· Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insurable by the company. Required.
· Be available to travel as needed. Required.
· B2B outside sales. Preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
