Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside B2B sales, preferably within the security industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling a comprehensive portfolio of security products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new B2B sales leads within assigned territory
• Conduct on-site consultations and security assessments with potential clients
• Present and demonstrate smart security solutions including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated systems
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in security, smart tech, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in a sales role with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, smart systems) is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
