We are looking to bring on a full-time Outside Sales Representative for the Denver area. This position boasts an attractive starting salary plus tremendous commission pay, and great income. Role: Full-time Employee Location: Aurora, CO, US with some travel within the state Compensation: Generous base pay followed by motivating commission, health care benefits, and matching 401(k) Flexpak offers a PTO program to eligible employees, starting after their initial 90 days of service. PTO accrual is based on length of service, with employees earning between 32 and 112 hours annually, depending on tenure. PTO can be used for personal time, illness, or emergencies, and scheduling is subject to supervisory approval. Colorado employees are entitled to payout for unused, accrued PTO upon termination, as required by state law. Additionally, Flexpak complies with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, providing paid leave for health and safety needs. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience. Flexpak is compliant with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Responsibilities: • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance sales and foster customer loyalty • Introduce innovative ideas and tactics to attract new customers and expand the customer base • Seize sales opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and provide additional services • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals with current and prospective clients • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive optimal outcomes • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities, finalize transactions, and ensure successful service delivery • Establish profitable customer connections through consistent follow-up and excellent program management • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for market growth Qualifications: • To be considered for this position, you must possess valid US work authorization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role • Previous experience in B2C sales is required to excel in this opportunity • Candidates should be willing to reside in or near Denver, Colorado • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others is essential • Preference will be given to candidates with cold-calling capabilities Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
