This role will involve travel within the southern region of Idaho including the Idaho Falls / Pocatello. Responsibilities: • Create and execute effective strategies to engage potential customers specifically in Pocatello and Idaho Falls in the Southern ID area. • Utilize persuasive techniques to boost sales and consistently meet set targets. • Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver satisfactory solutions. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients in the region. • Efficiently oversee and manage all account activities within Pocatello and Idaho Falls. • Develop and implement plans to expand and enhance the customer base in Idaho. • Keep abreast of market trends to stay competitive in the industry. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive collective success. • Increase revenue by providing exceptional customer service. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area. • Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. • Implement creative approaches to secure successful deals. • Regularly service and maintain customer portfolios in Pocatello and Idaho Falls. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this Outside Sales Representative position in Pocatello, ID, US should have at least 3 years of experience in outside sales. • Having previous experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred for this role. • It is essential to have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong time management skills are crucial for success in this position. • A solid background in B2C sales is a prerequisite for the ideal candidate. • US work authorization is a mandatory requirement for this opportunity.
