Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 50k/year - Milwaukee, WI

• The Outside Sales Representative will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales metrics. the Outside Sales Representative will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new maintenance agreement or equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer rapport to sell products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals with attention to detail, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales (experience in meeting metrics or quota’s)
• With training, have the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
• Exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Ability to learn local codes and company product lines.
• Growing drive to research and become familiar with HVAC or any study material on your own time along with the training given to get you up to speed as quickly as possible as the high income earners

Compensation:

• Base salary to 50k/year, plus uncapped commissions
