We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth and secure recurring business opportunities.

    Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing recurring service contracts. This role combines in-person outreach, social media engagement, and relationship-building with property managers and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organized, driven, and focused on achieving tangible results.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation and Outreach

    Distribute door hangers and engage in door-to-door interactions to provide quotes and book services.

    Organizational Excellence

    Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or other organizational systems.

    Ensure that quotes and proposals are accurate, timely, and tailored to customer needs.

    Outcome-Driven Execution

    Work towards securing recurring service contracts to meet and exceed sales goals.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Previous experience in outside sales highly preferred.

    Skills

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

    Personable and capable of building trust with clients.

    Other

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
